One of these versions is being used by liars to bring people to Islam. Which "version" of these Quran verses is most accurate?

The earth is like a carpet spread out

A man found the sun in a muddy spring

The moutains keep the earth from shaking

well im a muslim and the Koran is in arabic

its hard to translate the Koran Because its words migh mean somthing yet the true meaning might be lost intranslation

My mother is british and she becamee a muslim when she married my dad so he bought her a Koran thats translated into english to help her understand

but ingeneral its hard to understand somtimes from a translation

None of the other religions are any better, they all lie and try to make themselves smarter than they are. If any of them ever were to admit that the old people who wrote their "Holy" books did not have a single clue about how the material world works then they might be able to work on the spiritual and moral development of humanity. I think that is the only reason religion should exist for anyway. Instead religion is just used as another control measure by the grossest cynics in the manipulation of the credulous!

I have never seen the first translation. This is your second post in quick succession intended to be an attack on Islam and Muslims. I severely doubt people come to Islam based on a single verse but rather a multitude of reasons. If Islam was half of what people say it is, there wouldnt be any converts, instead its the fastest growing religion in the world. So probably people should check it out themselves and from proper sources, not just cut and paste websites
