You'd be better off starting from scratch. Get a CD with the operating system on it, and go from there to reformat the hard drive and install the operating system. That'll start you off with a clean slate and all the porn etc will be gone.

Google’s Picasa 2 is a free photo-organizing program (http://www.picasa.com/ ). You can use this program to find all pictures on your hard drive and put them into one folder. from here you can delete as desired (no pun intended).
