i am 14 and already between 5' 8'' and 5'9''!!!!!!!! i really dont want to grow anymore!!!! when will i stop??? and does it have anything to do when u get ur period?? I NEED ANSWERES!!!

You're not going to stop just yet, although you may not get much, if any, taller...you will still "grow" (your body will mature a bit).

"Females usually stop growing earlier than boys. Females reach their growth maturity (stop growing) around the ages of 18-20. Males on the other hand tend to stop growing in their early 20's (20-24). However, some people mature quicker than others, and some are 'late bloomers'. In general when puberty stops, we stop growing."

You're tall, but don't fret. Most women stop between 16 and 18. I was already 5'3" when I was 11, but I didn't get any taller after that. Feel lucky. I'd love to have your height. I can't reach anything on the top shelf without a stool! LOL!

No it doesn't have anything to do with your period. Some people don't stop growing until their late teens early twenties. Besides it's good to be tall!

Everyone is different. My cousin is 5' 10" and she was 5' 8" in the 9th grade. everyone is different. Wear flats and smile. Tall girls are beauties.

i dont think you'll be growing anymore..you are really tall. i wish i was as tall as you. i don't think you have to worry
