No it doesn't matter if your racist....This is still a free country and its your right to be racist, you can say any racist statement you like as long as you don't harm the people you hate.
You know, I live in El Paso, which is 80% Hispanic and NEVER have I heard any hispanic's saying they belong to these radical groups! Nor have I EVER heard any Hispanics saying that part of US belongs to Mexico! Stop assuming you speak for Hispanics and these radical groups.....Because that is NOT the case where I live....
The hispanics in my community are American's first....Sure we love our culture, but we are loyal to this country first!

When I was growing up, from the time I was moved into my new neighborhood (this was when I was 2) to the time I was 11, I lived in a neighborhood that was completely mixed and everyone loved it, now I am almost the only white woman in my neighborhood. Everyone around my community is Latino. I am not against Latinos, but we get the ones who have illegal drug rings, gangs, and smuggling businesses around here and it brings property values down. We also get the ones who throw trash all over the place and hang the Mexican flag everywhere. My house use to be worth a lot. My house is not worth jack now. I would never be able to sell my house if I had to. Another thing was going to school as I was growing up, we had English and Spanish classes. Why was that? I live in the USA, and our language is American English. Why do I have to learn Spanish, just because others cannot learn English? All of the Latinos said to me as I was growing up that I was a racist. Excuse me? Everyone was racist against me. They called me names like "weta", "White Girl", "Gringo", "KKK" (this I could not get because I am Catholic and of Jewish decent, the KKK hate people like me), and the worst one "Blondie" (another one I could not understand because my hair was light brown, not blonde).

I'm with you Trip. I know of La Raza and Mencha. You are right on here. So is Kelly. No one are racists except white people. Everyone should look up La Raza's racist agenda. Good darn question.

Not for this purpose. However, it isn't the racist ones they say it to. They know the racist ones don't care.
They want to freeze with guilt and horror of association those who are not acting out of racist motives but would be absolutely paralyzed if accused of doing so.
I am not sure any of those sorts of people are active any more.
Do Uno, actually, no, that isn't the case. Immigration laws are intended to protect our services and schools from being drained and to protect us from unscreened entry. Poor people who pay all taxes they owe still pay very little. That is why we limit the number of poor immigrants. With illegal immigrants above that amount, we pay their education and other services, and the drain on services degrades those services for our own people.
Saying 'now make them legal' ignores the point of the original law to begin with. We need to take care of our own first, and design and enforce immigration laws that are crafted to benefit this country. Importing poverty, of whatever race, doesn't benefit this country.

Racist or prejudice? Does it really matter; prejudice lives in all areas of life. In this instance, it's the constant harrassment aimed at the pro-amnesty side by labeling, ridiculing, name calling, insulting and out right attacking those who believe in amnesty for the ones already here. If the both sides showed respect, maybe the race card would disappear altogether. Can you, the asker, restrain yourself from name calling, ridiculing, harrassing with moronic analogous content, and correctly labeling pro-amnesty supporters, so as not to invoke the sentiment of racism? Bet, you can't do it. It's inherent.

Yes, it does matter. If someone's motivations are immoral, then it matters what position they take. You seem to object to illegal immigration because it is illegal. Why not just change the law, and allow Mexicans in? Then they wouldn't be illegals anymore. Problem solved. My guess is that you don't want Mexicans in our country, legal or illegal -- so yes, your attitude towards race are relevant.

We are a nation founded by white people. We need to embrace those values and prevent other races to come in and change what made this country great. This is why Bush keeps winning. Deep down inside, we all want this country to embrace our majority.

I´m sick of everyone calling Americans racist! The US is the most culturally and racially mixed, not to mention tolerant, country in the world! If we didn´t have civil rights no one would be able to call us racist for fear of retaliation from the government!
