Ohohohohohohoh!!! I'm so glad you asked!! I was over a friend's the other night and she was making the most amazing pork chops, at the last minute I was able to finagle her recipe from her. I'm so glad I get to share it with someone. This is good, I mean GOOD!
Pork chops
Flour
Garlic
Onion
Curry Powder
Lemon pepper
Dip your pork chops in egg/milk mixture then shake them around in a bag with the spice/flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until crispy then finish in the oven. The curry in this made all the difference in the world.
Hope you like it as much as I did!

I always make a spicey rub for pork chops. Just use a dry rub of a mix garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika and chili powder, Toss them on the grill for a little while each side.

I would cook it in some Campbells Beefy Mushroom soup. Makes a good sauce to go over the potatoes too.

Hi. You could always try placing 1 chop in tin foil, putting a mound of cooked dressing (like stove-top) on top, & pat of butter above. Salt, pepper, maybe a wee bit of lemon pepper, and close foil and bake.
Just a thought, it's fast & tasty. Hope it helps!

marinate in louisianna supreme marinade ( similar to Dale's brand, but no where near as salty) along with a couple cloves of minced garlic & grill to perfection.
