They can go into heat as early as 5 months old. usually 7 to 10 months is the norm. Gertting intimate with a blanket isn't what a female cat does when in heat. They howl and scoot down on the floor with their butt raised up. And they try to get outside.

As an ex breeder, and someone still in the breeding community, a kitten can go in heat as early as 12 weeks. It has happened to many.

cats go into heat at 4-6 months. I'm not sure what you mean about the blanket thing.

About 8 months usually, however they can go in younger.
Is she rubbing herself on the blanket, or is she trying to suckle it? If its the second, she isn't in heat, she was removed from her parents too early. If its the first, I would recommend getting her spayed.

Female cats reach sexual maturity at 4-10 months and it is most likely to happen the first time within that preiod. Unless you had it spayed.

If you are worried about this then it is time to have her spayed. If she does go into heat there will be some blood and you don't want that on your blanket either.
