It happens all the time. I take a break and then I just try to power through and get whatever I can get done.

I will make myself get up and do stuff...because I know the longer I allow myself not to, the more difficult it becomes.
Change your diet to something more healthy, add a multivitamin...perhaps your lack of energy is due to improper nutrition...
...or lack of sleep? Make sure you are getting a good night's sleep, 7 or 8 hrs is best for the body.
...is there stress in your life or something that has you down? If so, deal with those things...they can easily take your motiviation away and cause you to want to withdraw and become a slug (been there!)...
Find something you really like to do, that requires you to be active, and then go to it...make it mandatory as if it were a job you were being paid for...do it whether you feel like it on a particular day or not...afterwards, you'll likely be glad you did!

A lot of things could be the cause...If you've been in the sun a lot you need to drink a lot of water and perhaps lay down for a nap. If you've been working too much and not getting enough sleep you need to maybe reschedule some things so you can take a break, recreation and relaxation are vital to a person's health. If you just had one late night, try an energy drink.

Physical activity is a great recommendation to increase energy and improve rest during restful periods. You may be anemic. I would recommend going to your doctor and getting a physical examination. That is the only way that you can really know if there is anything wrong with you.
EDIT: Any changes you make in your life must be a lifestyle change. So any setbacks you face shouldn't be thought of as a period of relapse. They are only temporary. Think of the true goal, your health.

You might need to look at your schedule and find out when you are getting tired and what you ate or did before you tired. Then change it. Make sure that you get enough sleep, water, exercise and eat the right foods. If you have done that and it still happens, go to the doctor and see if you have any problems with your blood. Like anemia or thyroid. It could be something like your B-12 (folic acid) or iron levels are off and could be remedied easily.

I feel the same. I just went looking through the closets for Christmas stuff and felt so exhausted afterwards. I didn't even really have the urge to want to do it. This is my second pregnancy, and if I was like this with my first it was either towards the end or I don't remember it. I heard it's very normal to be fatigued and exhausted through any portion of pregnancy but I would ask just to be sure. Good luck!

Working out even a little will actually give you more energy throughout the day. Hardest part is starting it. I have 2 kids and run them out of energy before I get tired. also if you get to the point to where you actually feel like you cant move and about to fall asleep even when you've slept enough and ate enough you might want to get your blood sugar checked.

I know exactly how you feel!! depends why you have no energy...it make be because you are stressing too much or not enough sleep...or too much sleep. If you find the cause of why you have no energy try and change it. the feeling of no energy is awful! I try and drink something with heaps of sugar, and make myself do chores around the house

I have the same problem and I know it comes down to lack of food (healthy, not junk), sleep (enough), exercise and a consistent daily routine of all of those things. Now the problem is finding the motivation to change all that....

Kick back on my sofa; have my wife make me ice tea and snacks; watch ON DEMAND or movies I recorded on my TIVO; fall asleep during the movies and keep on rewinding...
When I need to do things, and have the same syndrome described by the questioner, I go to the gym and work out.
Whether it is 20 minutes or two hours, just going to the gym gets me pumped and motivated!
