Oxygen, oxygen, oxygen! Move it in and out of your lungs as long and as hard as you can stand it. Aerobic means "requiring air", therefore aerobic exercise, the only key to fat burning, requires air, and lots of it.
I prefer swimming or cycling, jogging is just too tough on the skelatal system, particularly the spine. Several of your answerers have said the same thing, buit it bears repeating. Specific exercises for spot fat burning are a complete fraud! That's just not how your body works.
Good luck and God bless you!

Do a search online for "stomach exercises" or "ab exercises" and see what you find. They will likely have photos and a good description so your form is correct.
Generally for abs, crunches are the primary exercise. I don't know what "back area" you are referring to, but if it's your butt then squats and rear leg lifts are good for toning. Again, do a search for exercises on the body parts you want to tone.
If you do them regularly (don't work the same body part 2 days in a row) you can see results good results in about 6 wks.

Well, you can´t "spot reduce" your stomach with sit ups or other exercises...that is why all those infomercials for ab machines are B.S. First you need to lose the excess water and fat, which can only be accomplished through cardio exercises (jogging, biking, dancing, etc) and diet.
For a quick fix, I would recommend drinking 10-15 glasses of water a day for a few weeks...when you drink this much water daily, your body releases the stored water, most of which resides in your abdomen....that and cardio hard!
Good Luck!

Belly dancing is a excellent way to flatten the stomach and tone the back area. There are videos or you can take classes.

i recommend you do some sort of aerobic exercise, like running, biking, swimming, etc. you can have a solid six pack, but no one will notice if you have a layer of fat on top. so it's a combo of eating right, crunches, and something aerobic.

crunches and sit ups build muscle and tone, but don't get rid of fat. you need aerobic exercise like running or cycling to burn this fat.
