I think the easiest way to loose weight is to first cut out all snacking. Do not eat anything after dinner. Do not have ANY soda drinks. Also stop the deserts! And walk every day at least a couple miles. You can start with walking less than that a day, but keep walking more and more, and you will even feel better! I only drink water, coffee in the morning, and green tea. Also if I want a snack once in a while, Ill have some popcorn with no trans fats, and no cholesterol. Ive ate this way for a good many years with occasionally breaking down with a candy bar or desert, maybe once a month, and I stay around 120 pounds at 5ft 4. It helps that I have a big dog to walk every morning and night too! Hope this helps! Also, I forgot, eat a small breakfast, small lunch, but for dinner,I eat all the meat and potatoes, and veggies, I want. It works!

You have to lose the weight yourself. Forget what your mother thinks or doesn't think - worry about what YOU think.

Step one is adopting a healthy diet. Cut out all sodas, even diet sodas. Drink more water and unsweetened fruit juices, and water. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat breakfast, but try going with healthier breakfasts.

Hi, I would gladly answer your question.You need to find out why you have a over weight problem;and try to fix it. healthy food from fruits to veggies,and if you have a problem with pastries like me! have a little.exercise is the one of the major healthy benefit. you can always eat right but you need to exercise to help lose all that unnecessary weight.

forget abt her. u need to block out any disparative or negative remarks abt yr weight at this point. BUT, be determined abt losing it and start eating nutritious food,excercise and do strength work.. u shd see results after 3 weeks if u put yr mind into it. the impt thing is to know that this is a constant thing that u have to keep up with - deosnt happen overngiht

Nevermind what others think, even your mom. Work on this for yourself. There are many ways to combat weight problems and as many reasons why you should! Daily exercise, eating right, and a positive attitude will make you healthier.

well, what is she gonna do about it, im sure that she doesnt think you are fat, she knows it. Get some will power and lose some of that fat, instead of eating drink an ice cold glass of water and walk around the block. stay busy, stay away from food. eat less junk, fill up on other things.

Just try eating smaller portions...and going for a walk...every little bit helps. Your mom should try to help you with portion control ...but it really is up to you to loose the weight. Maybe once she sees you are trying to loose weight she'll be more supportive. Good luck!

What is your question? If you desire to lose weight, then eat healthy, reduce your calorie intake, and exercise 5x a week for about an hour a day (work up to that if you need to).
