i can relate. when i know i'm in shape because of my performance in a sport or my energy level after running a couple miles, i sometimes still feel fat and lazy. i don't know why this happens, it could just be we are unhappy with our appearance or performance, since we can't really see day-to-day changes, even if we've been improving over time. just stay active and don't watch a million hours of TV. :-)

I feel this way when I start eating junk.

I don't know your style of eating, but if it consists of a lot of processed sugars (candy, ice cream, cookies, cakes, etc.), then you may want to think about changing that. I've found that fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products (in addition to daily exercise) give me boundless energy.

maybe your iron levels are down or your potassium levels. i have been anemic since my son was born and my potassium levels are low (i think i got that from my mom). i feel lazy all the time and fat and like i dont wanna get off the couch (thank GOD for remote controls) lol

The food you're eating. Even if you're in shape...foods high in sugar can cause you to be lathargic.
