Sometimes people get sexually aroused (more so than usual), so combining with alcohol can cause some misbehaviour!!!

Also, don't underestimate the long term effects. The guy before said that it goes away after a few hours. If you smoke a s..tload of weed, then you kind of build up the content in your body, so you can have mull-overs that last a few days or more.

Also, it is not addictive per se, but can form a habit, just like anything else, so if someone seems to be in a routine rather than genuinely casual, there could be a problem if it persists or increases!

the symptoms? how can you tell if someone is smoking pot? red eyes, laughter, drowsiness, possible paranoia, confusion....or do you mean the effects? if you smoke it, music sounds better, and you feel kinda dreamy.
