Yes, it is quite possible. However, what u want to refer by `attractive' as it is very wide word. Pls note beside `beauty', woman is blessed with certain other attractions like behaviour, appearance, manners, features, figures & physical appearance etc. And dont forget, Love has no `face' - only feelings between the two; and at the end of the day it is not the `attraction' but the feelings, which decide the relation.

A man will not continue to be with a woman he does not find attractive. A one night stand yes. But time after time no. But if your "friend" continues to need re-assurance from this guy he will get annoyed and most likely leave. Its hard to be with someone you constantly have to re-assure.

Sorry to say that most guys dont have to be that attracted to a woman to do that.
If she has doubts then she shouldnt be doing this with the guy.
