I have BS degree in the field of metallurgy from IUST university of IRAN and i want to continue my study in abroad. I want to know about the condition of other university for giving scholarship for MS degree, specially in the countries that are very good in my field such as canada and australia.

I recommend you contact the University of Texas at El Paso....also known at UTEP. This Texas university has a well established Metallurgy program, and is one of the best in the United States for this field. You can go to UTEP.edu for starters and drill down to find the dean of the department.
Send him a letter and he can probably answer your question.
