I dont have any money because im only 13. What should i give, ,make her? again i say i only have 10 pounds

Some of the best gifts that are given are from the heart. I love this "old" idea, make 'coupons' that have stuff like "I will do the dishes for a week" or " I will do the laundry for a week". You get the basic idea. You are only limited for how many coupons by what you know how to do. Cooking, Vacuuming, Cleaning the Bathroom, etc. Buy a nice card and put the 'coupons' inside it and give her that. Most mothers love getting things like that. Good luck.

Give her a hug . Cook her some food and tell her how much you love her. You don't have to spend money just to tell her how much you care.

Make her a card and offer to do chores she doesn't like/you don't usually do...offer to cook supper AND clean it up so she can have the time to herself to read, take a bubble bath, etc...
