There is so much involved in a wedding and planning it! I have just been married for a month now (today!) and fresh off the planning. It was a crazy 1 year and four months. I am not a bridezilla by any means and that was the most stressful time of my life. Just remember this is your wedding and nobody elses. Enjoy it. If you want to do something out of the ordinary do, etiquette schmetiquitte. I had a cousin become ordained to marry me, beta centerpieces and 200 lbs of candy on my candy buffett for ppl. I made the program and invitations myself just to see if I could and they turned out beautiful. I did all of this against the advising of everyone else. My guests had an awesome time. The best website for wedding planning is definitely weddingchannel.com their community boards are amazing and you can find any answer to anything on their, the women are extremely helpful!

Well I have been married going on 13 yrs in October, but I can tell you this, a wedding can be planned within 3 months as we did that! It was nice as well and what consists of a plan is going online and typing in "wedding planner" and it will give you a list of sites you can choose from to print a planner out on your computer. It will have checklist for you. I cannot really tell you any specific site for there are so many of them but that would be a place to start. Even your gift stores would have wedding planner guide books. All the Best to you!

A wedding consistis of a lot of things, here are most of them:
1. Outfits ( dresses & tuxedos)
2. Someone that has a lisence to marry you and whoever your marring.
3. A place to have the after party
4. Food. ( including a wedding cake)
5. Guests
6. Party decorations
7. THE RINGS OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I personally sugest you hire a person who can give you an estimate on all your things. And get you some good deals. HAVE A GREAT WEDDING!

Hi there!!
There is A LOT involved in wedding planning----trust me. I'll be married for 2 years in October to my wonderful husband. We were engaged for about 10 months and it took that long to get everything planned. I got on www.theknot.com and registered, and it was the best thing I ever did!! That website has everything you need to plan a wedding, with pictures, check lists, links, etc. So go and check it out! It's completely free and even counts down the days till your wedding for you, and e-mails you reminders along the way!! Hope this helps!! :)

you should enjoy your engagement not spend it all stressed out
