or if that person was so beautiful even the fishes would die out of the water too see thats girl once more but she was so mean that her parents would die instead of making her food?

What you you mean? Hanging out..as a friend..I think its okay. As long as they are good and nice personality-wise. As far as dating, I would have to find someone I'm physically attracted to as well as personality wise. I think this is true for most people. A person whose personality is awful..is not good to hang around with..period.
