There is hope in for the human race to make the world a much better place for us to live in.
"There is no meaning, purpose, or reason to suffering."
There's no meaning, purpose, or reason for suffering if there IS a creator, unless that creator is evil.
>Believing there is no God means the suffering I've seen in my family, and indeed all the suffering in the world, isn't caused by an omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent force that isn't bothered to help or is just testing us, but rather something we all may be able to help others with in the future. No God means the possibility of less suffering in the future.<
- Penn Jillette
"Everything is a random, meaningless accident"
We are hear because of random events and without reason but it wasn't an accident. If it's an accident it means a mistake was made, there was no mistake made because there was no one to make the mistake.
"There is no ultimate justice. Hitler gets the same as the nice, selfless person."
There is justice through the justice system that we have created. If Hitler had been caught he would not have been treated the same as any other person.
"There is no good or bad, evil or righteous just presonal preferences."
Yes there is. Most humans naturally know right from wrong. To say that humans cannot live moral lives unless they live it according to what an ancient book says is an insult to humanity.

What is the meaning, purpose, and reason for suffering WITH a creator?
We are all capable people who can effect our own lives. Why would everything just be a meaningless accident?
There is certainly justice through law.
There was good and bad before Christianity. Humans do have humanity and a sense of morality. Why on earth would you need a book to tell you what is right or wrong?
Without a creator we can hope to live our own lives for today and be good people out of the sheer kindness of our hearts and because it is the right thing to do. I don't need a religion to dictate my life, what I will do, how I will act. There is plenty fulfillment to be had in this life. Why would you ignore it for any reason?

I find far more purpose and reason without the mythology of religion. What matters is how we conduct ourselves in this life, and what kind of legacy we leave to the future. I like to think that through my work I have touched others, helped them to achieve their own potential, moved them on to better lives. And through counselling work, that I have helped people to survive depression, illness, and loss. Where in that do I need an imaginary god?
I feel people use religion as an excuse for not developing character or self-reliance, and it's sad to see people go through life torturing themselves with guilt, or throwing up their hands and giving in to circumstance because it's "god's will". Religion dampens the human spirit.

Well I don't know, speaking of Hitler, I'd prefer to think of him as an accident than having been created by some so-called benevolent creator.

Exactly right. Without an imaginary being watching over for us, the responsibility for our actions and our world is in our hands alone.
The hope is with the human race; that one day we will band together and stop thinking that everything will be all right after we die.

Why do you think there is no hope, good, bad, evil or righteous without god. I am an Atheist and I experience these thing without god. I have hope. I am good and bad (no one is perfect). We can exist without belief in god.

Sure, good, bad, evil, and righteous still exist. God doesn't exist, remember? So they can't be his concepts, they're human concepts. The rest is pretty much correct. Sorry, but you don't get to see me burn in hell, as much as I know that would please you.

Why do you need hope? Just live a fulfilling, satisfying life and don't worry about an afterlife.

Hope in humanity.
Are you truly so dead to your fellow man that you require a supernatural reason to give a damn?
