Buy some tiny safety pins (you can go to the dollar store and get a bundle of them for a buck or so) and mix them into a bowl of rice. The person closes their eyes and picks out the safety pins (harder than you think) without getting any of the rice and whoever gets the most safety pins wins.

Get a roll of toilet paper and have everyone guess the size have the expecting mother.

Well, I have quite a few that I enjoyed for my shower:
1. Get a ball or yarn or string or toilet paper & pass it around to everyone & they try to make it the same size as your waist around your baby bump. most make it way to big or short!
2. basket of assorted baby items - timed game/memory test - give them a quick peek & then the one to get more items correct wins.
3. baby food test - take labels off of baby food jars & see if they can figure out what flavor it is.
4. baby names - timed game - list names A-Z (and they have to be real names)
5. Tiny safety pins (sold @ craft stores) mixed with white rice in a bowl. Blind fold one person @ a time & they try to pick out the safety pins. It's harder than you think!!
6. No crossing your legs - give everyone a clothespin (or something similar) to attach to their shirt & if you get caught crossing your legs you loose your pin. The one @ the end w/ most gets a prize. Some girls get real competitive!
7. Also, we had the dad's play a game, got dolls & gave them poopy diapers (mustard & ketchup mixed up & used real baby diapers) & they had to clean & change the baby the quickest. Funny!
8. Baby bottles for everyone - fill each bottle w/ equal amounts of a beverage (water, punch, etc.) & see who can drink it all first. Gives your check a real workout!

The clothes pin game. You give everybody an equal amount of cloths pins and tell them that you can't say the word "baby". If you do someone else can grab your clothes pin. The person with the most pins at the end of the game wins. We did it at my shower and it was a blast. But be careful! Some people got ran over! Congrats!

have a spoll of thread or a ball of yarn or something like that... make everyone cut a piece in the effort of guessing how big the prego belly is... it's pretty funny.

have everyone guess different baby foods either by smell or taste.

i made a little "program" with different games on it. one of the games was list as many names as you can think of that start with an E (or wahtever letter). antoher game was matching the celebrity with their baby's name. another was unscramble the "baby stuff" words.... and whoever had the most would get a prize. the only thing you have to pay for is the paper to print the "programs" on. you can find little clip art things in microsoft word... and make them real cute. good luck .... :o)

Recently I went to a shower where we played Dirty Diapers or something like that. You take different types of candy bars and put one in a diaper, get it kind of warm then squish it a little. At the party you number the diapers then pass them around and everyone has to try to guess what kind of candy bar it is. It looks really gross (like baby poo!) but it is very funny. The one who guesses all the diapers right (or gets the most right) is the winner.

-pass a roll of toilet paper around and have people tear off what they think will fit around your waist.
-get a couple of dolls and split everyone into equal groups. Give each group a doll and each person a diaper and everyone has to change the doll. And of course which ever group gets done fastest wins.

I remember a couple of games they used on my babyshower, they were inexpensive and fun.First one, you choose some couples and who ever finish first putting the pamper to the other one sitting on the person laps wins. The other one is who ever finish first taking a hole bottle of juice or milk sitting in other person lap, wins.The third game is giving vegetable baby food to the other person with their eyes folded. As for games,take words that cosist of preg,babies,bany names ect,mix them up have ev1 try to unscramble them, first one to correctly do so wins.
also have naokins folded into diapers,with one that has mustard in it,use as a door prize.whoever has the poopy diaper wins..
