You're the only person that can do it..you gotta get it in your head that nothin is worth stressing over..and then you got to take each day one day at a time and go with the flow. Just don't worry. There's a plan in motion and although we don't know what it is..we gotta go with it.Think back on all of the things you've stressed over in your life..haven't most of them worked themselves out wheather you stressed or not??
So..just don't stress. Paint your cares away!!!

I excersize, I lift weights, i go for a bike ride, I get on here and see the really young 13-15 yr old kids asking questions about crap that I wasnt even THINKING about when I was that age, and Im thankful that Im not their parents (that always makes me feel better), Basically keeping involved in something else makes my stress not seem so bad.

STRESS you have to try to relax and think of other things besides the things thats stressing you out .....you can go get medication for it also ask your doctor about prozac or adavan

I play with my daughter she's 3/ or else sit and watch my lovebirds~~ofcourse my favorite is leaving my body in an astral state and hovering ~~cruising the ethereal plane with entities from the higher dimensional planes~~~~or else i visit with some werewolves down the street~~~

get one of those squeeze a ble stress balls and pound it with all ur strength they really help also take deep breaths and a few breaks in between whatevers stressing u out
