I tried to find the spring. But the bobbin case is so big and there is not a single slid on the case or anything with a lttle screw. is there a different case you put into the big one?

On he bobbin holder there is a small spring that is attached by a small screw that you can also use to adjust the tension. That is the tension spring you need to put the thread through. There should be a small slit on the side of the bobbin holder that will go down behind the spring. That is where you pull the thread through when you have the bobbin in the holder. Take the tread and slide it down the slit you see and it will give a small click when it is in correctly.
