Well, you pretty much narrowed out Lunch meat. Can I assume that you don't have access to a refrig. if you did you could take things like cottage cheese, yogurt.

An avocado, (of course you have to have a knife to peel the skins off) a piece of fruit, or a cup of applesauce. Some Wheat Thin crackers and Jello. Water, is very important.

School Lunches can be a real drag. You got lots of suggestions already; try one or two according to what is on sale at the grocery. Then select three, just don't eat the same thing every day.
Best of Luck to you this year in school.

Fruits like apples, bananas and small boxes of raisins. Vegies--baby carrots, celery sticks. Leftover portions of casseroles made with beans and rice (together a complete protein). Once in a while a tuna sandwich, but not more than twice a week because of the potential mercury content. Smoked salmon with crackers. High protein drinks like Ensure (check the carbs; some drinks are lower carb than others).

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, mostly like grapes, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon slices, a banana, cucumber slices, celery sticks, maybe a muffin or a granola bar, yogurt, and either a sandwich or a pita (that has meat in it - can't help you there - I love meat!), or sometimes I just have whatever was left over from dinner the night before.

Good sources of protein that exclude what you don't eat are tuna, turkey, beans, cheese & dairy products, nuts, peanut butter, soy, & tofu.

The best that I can suggest for any of these items, are a combination of sandwiches, salads, and soups using any of these as ingredients. It would help to know what you DO eat in addition to what you don't eat to get a sense of your taste. Don't forget to pay attention to fat content as well.
