I know that I am needy and I am going to stop being like that and I want to apologize to my boyfriend for being like that. I just need a little more attention from him sometimes. We don't get to talk as much because he is always busy doing stuff for his dad. He says it isn't his fault he is so busy. I need some advice on what I should say when I apologize to him. How can I make it up to him? Should I ask him for more attention? Because if I got more attention I think I would be happier.

Be honest with him. If you want more attention, then tell him. And maybe ask him if you could hang out with him while he's doing "stuff" for his dad if you can.

Don't apologize for nothing. That is another way of of you being needy. Just leave him be. You can not make him happy with you by anything you say or do. The best thing you can do is find someone a little needier yourself. That way both of you will be a little needy. This will even it up. Guy's like your boyfriend have a tendency to always be the controller in the relationship and they are always looking for girls like you who seem so naive. Don't fall into this trap you have a right to certain needs. If this relationship continues you will always find yourself apologizing. Girl don't you know this feeds his ego every time you say you are sorry. He loves to hurt you and make you feel like the one responsible for all the problems in the relationship. A guy like this loves to hear you apologize and beg it makes him gloat!

I dont think you need to apologizr but show changes.Actions speal louder than words and you showing a different approach may result better than an apology. Give him space, show him you are confident.
