First you must tell him you do not want company in the bathroom. Tell when you are not in the bathroom in addition to when he does it.
Close and lock the door if he is not immediately behind you.
If he does come in - leave! You need to make it clear you need your time in the bathroom by yourself!
If these do not work, I am not sure what to do next. Maybe do something repeatedly he dislikes....

Depends are they fighting, playing, or does he just have issues. If it's her husband why does she care if he's following I mean he has sex with her it's not like he's seen her naked but if she is unhcomfortable then maybe she should tell him if that doesn't work lock the door and if all else fails go to the bathroom on him...lol

I suspect he has boundary/control issues. Something tells me this is only the tip of the iceberg...and you have picked this one as your final straw. I'd deal with it from the source...and take a look at the whole picture. It obviously bothers you...and you don't know what to do about it. I do understand. At some point you have to draw a line in the sand and tell him not to cross it...a deceptively simple request loaded with complications...but it's a start. Good Luck.

why is he following you into the bathroom? Tell him to get out, you want some privacy. If he wont leave, you leave and wait until he is not following you. He obviously has issues..

I would wait if at all possible then go in when he is not following me. The bathroom is one place people deserve privacy, married or not.

well what is the reason that he is following you into the bathroom? is he is following you just conversating then ask him nicely to leave and if he dosent i will wait until i have eaten something very nasty and they booboo while he in there with the windows closed and absolutley no way to get air

Tell him you're uncomfortable and need some privacy and to get the hell out. If that doesn't work. Make sure you lock the door behind you.

Poop. This may sound silly but honestly I live by my belief that women do not poop. They just can't! It's far too dirty of a thing for beautiful girls to be doing!
