Maybe not intolerant, just sensitive. Don't drink any milk for 5 days then drink a glass on an empty stomach. If you have an adverse reaction, then you know to avoid milk. Cows milk was made for calves.

It depends. Can you eat other products with milk in them, such as cheese, ice cream, or yogurt? If you can eat other dairy products without a problem, you're probaby not lactose intolerant. I get stomach aches too if I drink a plain glass of milk, but I can eat anything else with milk in it, or even eat it on cereal. Some people just have a sensitive stomach to milk if there's nothing else to buffer it.

can you eat cheese without the same problem? if you eat cheese then you are noy lactose intolerant. but if you are only having this problem with milks then it could be a soy irritant

Probably. But it doesn't sound very serious. If you have problems with digesting cheese, cream, icecream, etc., then try taking Lactaid or something similar.
