Keep her for the friend she is. She is only 13 and does not sound like she is ready for anything more at this time. She may become more that a friend if you give her some time to grow up.

stick with the video games and hanging out 13 is too young to date wait till your 15 stay friends and dont try being adults too soon theres time for dating when you grow older and understand more

don't do anything just let things grow be around her and if they grow to the point that you are more than just friends then so be it. it was meant to be. but the whole friendship thing will never be the same anyways for the simple fact that you both like each other.
