I am a good looking well educated boy. I am having many friends but not A singleone who fullfill my needs N who is very beautiful and smart.

I am sexy. I am a hospital manager. I am having personality but I am not able to xpress at her. I am shy. I want her to come to me N ask for date. I dont wnt a wife. I need a Girlfriend.

You need to ask yourself some questions. Do you really "need" a girlfriend, or do you really "want" a girlfriend? If you limit yourself to only certain types, such as beauties or brains, you may totally miss out on someone that may be "MISS" right for you. Just because a girl or woman, is beautiful, does not mean that she is the right girl. In men and women, I've met many people that were "beautiful", but only on the outside. Inside they were miserable people. They were rude, and treated others very badly. They had low self esteem, and constantly needed their ego's stroked. They were arrogant, and very childish. I then met others who were attractive, but had killer personalities, and treated me like gold. These are the people that get so overlooked. Beauty is IN the eye of the beholder, and getting what you want is not always a good thing. I say to you, be your own best friend. Take care of yourself, make friends and hold them true. Include women in activities, and before you know it, someone will be attracted by your inner light that will shine, when they see that you truly have your life together, and that you are happy. Let's see " beautiful and smart"! Now who do we know who is beautiful and smart but is still sexy in public. You have already limited your search to about 20 in 100 woman. Most woman who are truly beautiful and smart don't act sexy in public unless they are at the bar, acting in a movie, or in a porn book. Maybe you should look on the street corner.

They hang out with guys who appreciate their other good qualities.
There are places designed for guys like you.
They're called strip clubs.
You can pay lots of pretty and sexy girls to pay attention to you.

Probably because you are making that common guy mistake which makes them find women attractive and try to get with women that are WAY out of their league. In other words, you aren't as hot as the girls you are trying to get. Take a good look in the mirror and then be realistic.
