look up debt consolidation... check your local yellow pages to find one close to where you live, or check them out online... they dont have to be local to you... talk to a few and pick the one with the best terms...

Any lender can give you a loan to pay of existing debt. That may or may not reduce you monthly payment. It won't reduce you total debt.
