Sure, he's a cat -- if it moves, he'll probably try to kill it. Mine chases spiders. The problem is that scavenger insects like roaches carry all sorts of diseases, so it really isn't all that healthy for your cat to eat them. I'd call an exterminator to discuss options that will kill the roaches without harming you or your pet.

For you? Maybe. For the cat? Definitely. They are carnivores. A roach is just a little protein and roughage. Thats why I don't let my cat lick me around the mouth!!

Absolutely..my cat is the queen bug-catcher. Just make sure you don't put any pesticides down that the cat could ingest through eating the bug..

Yeah, of course its normal. Cat's will eat and play with bugs, but you should get her checked out for worms, cause raw meat gives worms.

well cats eat insects and some bugs and they hunt so yah its normal, my cat doesnt actually eat it, they kill it and then....yah
