It could be a lot of different things. When I was pregnant I always felt nauseous and never threw up, so yes that feeling your having is a symptom.

Get a pregnancy test, even if you don't throw up, being nauseous, or having morning sickness? Being nauseous could be something else, a a different kind of illness such as gallblader, ulcer or some kind of stomach virus.

Not everybody gets sick or even nauseous when pregnant.
Lots of people never do.
But, yes, nausea can be a symptom of pregnancy; it's also a symptom of lots of other things.

Nausea of any sort is a symptom of pregnancy. Buy a pregnancy test to check. If it's positive, go to your doctor to make sure.

It could be something else but please get a test to be sure because not everybody gets sick when they are pregnant. If the test shows negative and you are still sick to your stomach then see a doctor.
