In as much as first animals including humans got their start in the seas they probley already had an taste for anything edible.
Humans have been eating sea products from their first quest for anything edible near or in the seas.
There is no answer as to who. At one time the earth was much shallower and there was less land mass. HUmanlist types would have had plentyof chances at eating oysters.
personally I prefer them raw also tobassco.

I don't think you'll find this one in the books. Most sea cultures have some form of oyster they have eaten. I doubt the ones to try it first wrote it down.

you
