Have your Thyroid Gland checked as this is one reason for it. You might also go to the drugstore and confer with the pharmacist. They know about as much as any doctor, and maybe more when it comes to medications and the effects. It could be from a deficiency in vitamins. Another good source is the Internet itself. You can go to http://www.webmd.com and get much information. Also, the library is a good source of learning, as well as books on home remedies. One does not have to dash to the doctor ever time something comes up. A lot of older people become that way in their later years. I hope I have been of some help to you. Good Luck!

I have the same problem, It could be 100 outside and I still shut off the air cause I'm cold. I sleep with 4 blankets on my bed and I'm cold.
My doctor suggested getting my thyroid checked. I looked it up and it's called Hypo thyroid-ism. Your body is cold all the time and you have to take medication for the rest of your life to balance your thyroid.
I'm in the process of having mine checked.

I'd like to know where you live where its 78 degrees and you're cold. I'll trade you anyday.
How about you turn on the heat. Or you can build a fire with your garbage

You might be slightly anemic. Check with your doctor and they will take a blood sample. That way they will let you know if you are anemic or not (all you have to do is take a multivitamin with Iron in it) good luck!

Sounds like you have a medical problem. You may need iron or could have low blood sugar. A doctor can help you with this.

You should have your thyroid checked.
If it is underactive, that could explain your temperature. Also, if you suffer from anorexia, your body doesn't have enough fat to keep warm.
Hope you get warm soon!
