I'm not sure about AIM, but for paint you need to have downloaded your font. I'm assuming its in WinZip, then you need to extract it to somewhere you can find. Then right click on the start button on the bottom toolbar and go to Explore. Then go to windows, fonts. Then go to file and add fonts. Browse and find your font and voila its in paint, and most other places as well.

You don't add new fonts to Paint or any other program. Install the new fonts in the Font Folder and they will show up as a choice in most all programs that use and gives a choice of fonts.
