This world is so confused, no body has any answers. The answers they give raise empty questions. None of us will ever know the meaning nor the reason of existence. All we can do is guess. In the end, all that matters is what we did for ourselves and loved ones. Believe in God and you'll be empowering religion, empower religion and you'll be feeding an endless cycle of suffering unto yourselves. For religion doesn't love anyone, it only uses everything. Prove me wrong, and you'll be proving me right.

The little loop hole you use at the end does nothing. Religion does not love anyone, and it doesn't. However religion by definition is "demonstration of faith" and in one way I demonstrate my faith, is to love people. Organized religion can and has caused problems but it has also helped many people. To claim it is just a bad thing is to claim all human beings are evil because some are. I wont ever stop believing in God because He has more than proven Himself to me, it would be like denying I have a mother and father. I am not and will never be responsible for the actions of other people, only myself. Atheists have their share of evil too. Vietnam, Korea, WWI and WW2 were started by Atheists so, really, you can turn your theory around and say "Disbelief in God and you empower Atheism, empower Atheism and you'll be feefing an endless cycle of suffering unto yourselves" since being an Atheist obviously does not make a person good by default.

I have a friend who is an astro physicist, who found that at the end of her reserach she still had a question as to before the big bang that even science can't answer. I think the reality is that the need for Deity is emotional - and curiosity. We can't answer a question so it makes a pat answer. Not all religions are anti science, BTW. Many encourage it because we (like you) want to KNOW!

God has allowed science. It is part of the earth, and everything in it. Including yourself. What is the meaning? Do you think you were born by coincidence? Look at yourself... you are of flesh and bone, you are a miracle of God, you are special, he allowed for you to be given life. He loves you. You are only 1 out of every single human in existence since the beginning of his creations, and you have been predestined, predetermined. I strongly believe that we are not here for ourselves, but for others to see the love of God, that is unconditional, by having peace, patience, understanding, forgiveness, I am not here to prove you wrong, but to share my experience of his supernatural presence. How does science give you meaning? Can science give you love?

Has science ever CREATED anything? I mean something from absolutely nothing? No. We live in a world created by God, not science. However we can thank science for giving us the atomic bomb, machine gun, sarin gas, Katyusha rocket....I sense a pattern here.

Religion is not the same as faith, and science is not a religion. You sound very confused.
