Melt the butter in a medium frying pan either on the stove or on the grill.
Fry the chicken until tender. Chop up the green peppers, onions, and tomatoes and add the oregano and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon of each).

If you are going to fry them ..put some vegetable oil in a pan (half way)wash your chicken off before dipping it into egg, dip it into seasoned flour with (salt, pepper,dried parsley flakes and garlic powder)next put it into the HOTTT oil and cover.flip chicken over when the bottom side is brown and wait till the other side is brown with clear juices coming out ..good cooking

get some plain flour and roll the chicken legs in the flour. Get some cooking oil hot but not to hot and fry chicken till it is done.
