No you are just perfect. But it is good to learn to eat healthy and have an exercise program appropriate for your age. Do not go overboard.

Good luck!

Unless your overweight (which you're not) then don't worry about it.
You will have plenty of time to think about that dumb crap when you're older. Don't be worried. Teens NEVER feel normal no matter what they do or don't have. With you I think it's an age thing, not a weight thing okay? You'll 'fill out' as you get older.

The best thing you can do if feel good the way you are. Why? Because that causes self confidence. And self-confidence makes you more attractive to guys. I girl with a 'take it or leave it' attitude will be happier in life. Trust me. ; )

Good luck.

P.S. Eating and not 'seeing' it pack on anywhere on your body is probably because of a naturally high metabolism. Your body burns your food quicker and faster so there's no time for it to turn into fat. Think of it this way, it's nicer to be thin than to have lots of fat on you. Look on the positive side! I know that's hard to do...but try.

Til I was about 25 I weighed 104 at 5' 7". I was perfectly healthy but wasted a lot of time worrying about being skinny, trying to gain weight, and being hurt by other people's remarks. Clothes never fit right, either. I am much older now, a more "normal" weight, and sorry that I had such a bad time for no good reason. Listen to all these other people here telling you to relax - you're all right! Really. Just be who you are, okay?

Five lbs does not make much difference on someone 5'2'', and at age 13, you're going through some pretty profound changes that require a lot of energy. Just eat a good balanced diet, get lots of exercise, and you'll do fine!

What are you complaining about? you have a great metabolism. Just wait till you are 40 and then complain.

At 13 you should be having fun and enjoying life. Not going around worrying about weight.

Go have some fun and love the body you have.

No that is perfect for your age. You don't want to start gaining too much weight on purpose if you don't need to. Also, goes for losing weight when you don't need it. Just let your body be natural eat normal, healthy, and the portions for your stomach size and your body will naturally do it's thing.

you're perfectly fine the way you are.. you're in a growing stage where anything you eat will get metabolized really fast and will help you grow. Don't fret.. in a year or so you'll wish you were still as lean as you are right now. Just enjoy it while it lasts.

You probably just have a high metabollic rate. In case you don't know what that means, it means you use the energy you get from food more quickly, so none if it is converted to fat.

You're a little underweight, but you have grown recently, and that takes a lot of energy. Now that you are probably done growing, your weight will catch up eventually. You're not unhealthy though.
