It is good on a sandwich but I am sure you have thought of that. below is a good recipe from Cooks.com. if you don't like this one, try some of the others that are there. Enjoy!
CADILLO

3 c. left-over meat (cut in bite size pieces) (roast, round steak, steak or hamburger meat)
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 to 6 med. potatoes (optional)
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder or to taste
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Place meat, potatoes and onion in crock pot or slow cooker; add water to cover well. Add tomatoes and green chilies, tomatoes and can of green chilies. Add seasoning to taste a little at a time unless you like it spicy. Cover and simmer for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour mixed in small amount of water, then add to stew to thicken. May be refrigerated or frozen for use later. It will thicken on its own if not served immediately.

Slice or break up the steak into small bite-size pieces and add whatever you like in your salad. Add Chow Mein noodles (from any grocery store), cheese and what ever your favorite dressing is. It's goes from leftover steak to "Steak salad" and it's really, really good.

Make a nice salad and serve it on top, like a ceaser salad. Or another good idea would be to make tacos with it. Cut it up in thin slices and then season and heat up in a small fry pan. Or, you could chop it up real small and make steak and cheese sandwiches, with cooked onions and peppers. Mmmm. . .

I like to make a stir fry out of it. Heat up some onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc. and at the last minute put in the steak cut thin to heat it.

I like left over steak in an omelet for breakfast, on top of a salad, or re-heated and put in a tortilla with whatever else you choose to make a soft taco.

If you are looking to just reheat the steak I would fire your grill up again and use a little butter on the steak to heat it up. The butter gives the steak a "fresh" look and it also helps keep it juicy. (Temperature varying i.e.- if your steak is well done then it's going to be dryer)

The other day, I also had left over steak. I ended up making steak quesadillas (sp). They were great and not much work involved. And then topped them off with sour cream and lettuce and make sure you use the right kind of cheese other wise it just doesn't taste right and doesn't melt.... Its fast and easy

Steak Fajitas are always yummy - just cut your steak into strips, add it to some cut up onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and fry it all together. Delicious!!!
