It is a mindset. You have to consider it a chore, just like brushing your teeth, or doing laundry. Once you have it in your head and start going, it will be easier. The one thing I ALWAYS think about, is that in 72 hours the muscle that I built up, will start turning into fat. So if you are serious about getting in shape, you have to set a schedule and follow, if not then it will be a total waste of time.

When I wanted to go to the gym on a regular basis, I joined with a friend, and we were able to keep each other inspired and motivated. It was a big a help, and if you don't have anyone who is willing to join or go with you, most gyms have personal trainers who can help you and help with motivational ideas too. Good Luck.

Just go. Each time you go you will feel good and want to keep going. Reward yourself with a fav cd or shirt. I like to workout to music, maybe try that to motivate you. good Luck! Just do it!

Put a full length mirror up somewhere you have to walk by it all the time, if that's not inspiration enough then don't know

Buddy up with someone who will hound you mercilessly if you don't.
Then you do the same to/for them.
