i am 18 128 pounds"just keep that in mind" i eat a bowl of raisin bran at 9 ish then at 12 ish i eat a few pices of fruit then at 3 i eat a few more pices of fruit and or a nother bowl of some form of healthy cearel then at 6 i eat some form of meat chiken,steak,fish ext... i work out 3 days a week and i run 6 miles on the week ends i have done this for 8 weeks and it seems to be working but i am just wonding if their is a beter way or if this is good enough??

it sounds like you are doing good, but you might want to increase your protein intake. also, a great way to ensure that you are eating healthy is to shop the perimeter of the grocery store. you really don't need anything down the center isles (ok except TP and paper plates and deodorant and toothpaste etc.) but other than that, make sure you are getting enough water, and try taking some supplements, because it doesn't seem like you are getting enough green leafy veggies (romaine lettuce is better for you than iceburg, so try adding a salad with olive oil and vinegar).

Sounds great what you are doing! May I suggest Kashi cereal as an even healthier alternative and more filling with more protein and fiber and all natural. That is a lifestyle change and a good one! Keep finding what suits your needs always as far as foods.
