If you both feel ready then go for it. I moved in with my boyfriend after a year. A year later and we are still going strong.

You should not move in with your boyfriend until you two are married to each other. I am not just saying this from a Christian standpoint, but also I have never seen a relationship last where a couple moved in together without being married. I know a lot of people "shack up" to test the relationship, but personally, no man is worth living with unless he has made a commitment to me. Live independently, have your own life, your own pad, do your own thing, he will respect you more for it.

Unless you have serious financial reasons for doing it, you may want to wait. If you move in as "roommates" it will forever screw up the way you look at money as a married couple. And money is just about the #1 thing that people divorce over.

Only you will know. No one can set a time limit on stages of a relationship, it's different for every relationship.
