EASY ELEGANT FRESH BERRY DESSERT
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm pastry shells
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pt. (approx.) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Bake pastry shells following directions. (Can be done 6 hours ahead of dessert time.) Follow directions to remove the tops and scoop out the insides. I save the tops for the desserts. At serving time (or right before the dinner) cook the instant pudding according to microwave (or stove top) directions. Refrigerate.
To assemble: Arrange pastry shells on plates. Fill with pudding. Spoon berries over pudding. Place the pastry top loosely on top or along side and serve.

Why not mix them with cool whip and pistachio pudding. It would be cool and refreshing and people seem to like it. You can also add nuts and pineapple if you want.To do this you would mix the cool whip and the box of pudding together first, then mix in the other items. Good luck to you.
