im asking for info about how to report an illegal.
and yeah it is my buisness when they have livestock in their backyard, a flood light that streams directly into my back porch, a fence they erected on my property without my permission, or cutting back MY tree without my permission also, and have 3 familes living in one house and only one of their children who happens to be a 10 year old; speaks english, so i cant even talk to them. yeah it is my buisness then.

Just reporting them as an illegal immigrant will do very little to help your situation, even if you could find someone who wuld listen. The best bet is to apply the law in other ways- most illegals do not want to hassle with any type of law enforcement, and will either remove the source of irritation to you, or leave.
Some of the things you've listed could help you:
1. Livestock: If your area isn't zoned for livestock, keep reporting them to animal control.
2. If the Fence is truly on your property, you have the right to remove it. In fact, if you don't, you could unknowningly forfiet your proprty rights. Check with your local zoning agency as to the proper procedure to report it and take it down.
3. Number of occupants - in some municipalities, there are ordinances that say how many people can live in a house of a given size. Check with your local zoning agency, and find out if that applies. Report them if necessary.
4. Fire hazards. Fire departments are concerned with properites being in hazardous conditions - be sure to report any fire hazards they are creating to your local fire department.
If you know where they are employed, talk to their employer, or turn their employer in to the county District Attorney's office.
BTW, this 'crusade' will be far more effective if you can enlist the help of your other neighbors as well. And remember - don't make it your ultimate goal to just get rid of them - make it your goal to make them good neighbors. If they leave before they become good neighbors, problem solved - if they become good neighbors, you've still won, despite their immigration status.

I don't know but it wont work, they wont just ship them off any more. Didn't you hear that bulletin with Bush a while ago. If they have no felony charges they will be able to get there citizenship. Plus if you do get ahold of immigration it will take a long time for them to do anything anyway. Try calling your city's public office. Tell them about the problems your having with them (the lights,a nd **** on your property), and they will take it from there, they might even get somebody from immigration out here fasteer then you could. Good Luck!

How do you know for sure they're illegals? At least some of them might be legal. You can tell the 10 year old to tell his parents that you're pissssssed about the stuff they did to your property.

Haha, they don't speak English so how would you know if they were legal or not. Clearly you're a closet racist and likely a very terrible person. My advice to you would be to stop making excuses for your bigotry (ie. light, fence, etc.) and start owning up to your short comings.

it's amazing but unless your local sheriffs office or police will help, the feds could not care less. They wont even pick illegals up that have been arrested by the police unless it is a big time felony.

uh..put yourself in their shoes...seriously....how cold are you?? They have kids and want a better life here and you are going to ship them back off to Mexico....seriously you have too much time on your hands.
Maybe instead of reporting them you can talk to them by having their 10 year old translate for y'all. I'm sure they would understand and oblige. Seriously, please try that first before you deport them back to Mexico or wherever they are from. :)
