Pre-paid debit cards are an option. Unless your parents sign the agreement, you can't get an actual credit card. The reason is you can't sign a legally binding document, such as the agreement to repay the charges on the card.

A pre-paid check/debit card from major banks like Wachovia, etc.
You may have to have a checking account. Try getting a free student account.
