Have you ever flown Frontier? Is it a nice airline?

Yes.

The staff are generally friendly and my experiences have been good. On shorter flights a drink and a granola bar are served.

Their average fleet age is less than two years, having just converted to an all Airbus fleet and phasing out their older 737s.

As far as security goes, they have the same security as all the other airlines (TSA) and all carriers have the same compliance standards. So the "security standards are much higher than NWA and leading airlines" comment doesn't make sense.

I have never flown with them, however they fly A318's and A319's. And no their planes are not old at all so do not listen to the person above. Frontier offers direct TV and each seat is equipt with their own screen. Also, their security standards are much higher than NWA and leading airlines.

convinced, i could fly Frontier again. With the former 737's lengthy previous, the recent Airbus airplane have wider seats and t.v. at each seat. surely worth having on a lengthy flight. i incredibly take excitement in flying with Frontier. the in easy words reason I surely have not flown with them those days is the very incontrovertible fact that they look better severe priced then different airways.

I fly it all the time and I know from experience when I say that their planes are rather old and may shake a bit more in turbulent weather. But don't get me wrong, I love the airline and their planes!
