You need a Life Coach. But for starters get some kind of unemployment or disability then work on getting your self back on track, you can work at Walmart as a door greeter with a disability.

The operation sounds serious, have you researched it enough to know exactly what your options are and the possibilities of surgery going wrong. I would do some research on the type of operation they want to do on you and make an educated decision on this, bills can be delt with but not walking again or dieing is another matter. You should be able to get a settlement even if they do the surgery. Take some time and research this. Good luck.

Wow thats tough man, I don't know why your parents can't be more supportive. But really if you do settle, then you need to get on disability(through the government) so you can have some sort of sanity again. The government can also help with medical(and past medical bills). I don't think working is an option unless of course you have a real good education. Thats an option too, go back to school(government can fund for that too) to get a career more accessibile(spelled wrong) to you. Good Luck!

Prior to settling your case; I would find one good attorney and figure out if it's worth settling. In addition; you could file bankruptcy in court to deal with your creditors. One thing you have to take care of is your stress level. Stress can run havoc on the back; making your pain even worse. I understand you not wanting the surgery for the possibilities of never waking up or waking up paralyzed. Speak with a good attorney. Find someone who specializes in the field. Good Luck!

Wow something that a therapist might help you resolve. I don't think we have enough information to answer this. It's much too delicate of a situation... especially that there is a risk of death. I would seek a professional help and not Answers@yahoo. It's way tooo serious.
