Camping in/near L.A.?

I am trying to find a campground (tent camping) in L.A., or as close to Culver City as possible. Preferably as campground that has showers. Any suggestions and how far from Culver City are they? Thank you!

Go to the PCH and you'll find the best camping sites that you can ever imagine. or you can take the 5 freeway take the San Onofre exit and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Crystal Cove State Park, 60 miles South
