Do long distance relationships work??

IT depend on how much you love the other person and if u will ever come back Take my word on this me and my girl had been dating for three months and then I had to move and was gone for about ten months but we talked everyday and I saw her every three to four weeks and I love this girl so much I would do anything for her but now that I am back and we have been dating over a year and I relationship is stronger than ever I always tell her being futher apart brought us closer together

I for one have had much luck with a long distance relationship. I met my future wife on-line over 2.5 years ago. We chatted on line for a while, she then gave me her real name and phone number and we began talking on phone. Then a time was arranged when we could meet half way between our respective cities. We started seeing each other each and every weekend with one of us travelling to see other. Two years later we found ourselves doing something we both swore we'd never do, getting engaged to remarry. We continue to speak with each other each and every day on the phone and quite often text message each other during the day. So do I believe that long distance relationships can work? I certainly do and would recommend them to anybody else that is mature and honest enough to deal with them.

most of the time they do not work......unless you are totally commited to the person that you are seeing. Distance can change alot of things especially the way you feel about each other since both of you will get exposed to soo many different things.

no because i met this girl and we had the greatest time for a week together and we tried tokeep in touch but even though she only lives an hour away from me it was really hard
