YES I HAVE!!!!
My father snores, and my mother can't even sleep in the same room except for when I go visit them....My boyfriend does, too.
Not as bad as my dad. Dad's snoring sounds like potatoes rolling down an aluminum corrugated rooftop....
Since I like to sleep next to my boyfriend, i got his to try Breathe Right nasal strips. That didn't work for him, so he uses Breath right Snore Spray. He sprays the back of his throat With it and it worked like a charm. I told my mom but she's afraid to ask my dad to try it......Her loss!
Snorers can't help it.
There's throat snoring, and nasal snoring. There are products out there for both. If you are dealing with a snorer, and are afraid to tell them, put a surprise 'snore product' on top of their alarm clock.....they'll get the hint.
Tell everyone you know...

Yes, but there are solutions. (By the way - did you mean the "wrath" of snorers like snorers who get enraged with you? or like snorers who make you enraged??) Anyway...
1. Change their position while they're sleeping
2. Make them take a nasal decongestant before sleep
3. Make sure they don't have sleep apnea (serious health issue)
4. Alcohol makes a huge difference. My husband's snoring went away when he stopped drinking and I have since learned that is a big factor in snoring.
Hope this helps!

My father is a snorer and it is caused by sleep apnea. Do you know what sleep apnea is? Didn't think so. It means when he sleeps his throat closes causing the snoring but also causes him to not be able to breathe. He has to be hooked up to a machine when he sleeps now to control the apnea and snoring. Before you go making judgements about snorers why don't you think about someone other than yourself in that they can't help it and they could DIE from it. JACKHOLE!!!

I am one such snorer.
My is a development of a lifelong onset of allergies, asthma, and it comes from the back of the throat, so there's not much I can do about it.
I've tried everything, from ridding the allergens to those stupid nose binds. Nothing has worked for me. It go so bad at college, that my roomates could hear me through the wall.
If anyone has a cure, make it public, untill then, try ear plugs.

I agree. I can't sleep next to someone who saws logs all damn night and keeping everybody else awake. The next time this happens to me I'm just going to reach over and hold their nose. Do something about it!!

i have. but you can't blame the person for snoring. its not like they are purposely doing it to put you through hell.
what i do is: sleep before they do.
or either buy them the nasal strips for christmas and restock.
