Why am i still so sad. I keep reminding myself that he cheated on me but im so scared to go back to college.?

I know it was his fault why we broke up. He cheated and i dont want him back. But im so scared to go back to college in two weeks and face him and my friends. We hang out with the same people. I just feel so alone right now and i really just want to know when im going to be happy again. Im scared im going to have no one to hang out with because we have the same friends.

Don't let that fear intimidate you or you will wind up missing out on so many things beginning with your education. Believe me, he is not worth messing up your life over. I made that mistake and cried for 4.5 yrs over my situation. It literally took my friend on the phone one day to scream and yell and shout me back into reality. She literally would not hang up the phone untile I snapped out of it. She said he was a snake in the grass, A SNAKE IN THE GRASS, a Serpent who breathes in dust all day and night and slithers around seeking whom he may devour. To give into this type of guy would mean handing him control of your life, even for that time period. A snake in the grass who crawls on his belly his whole life long is NOT WORTH sacrificing yourself, life, or education and time with YOUR FRIENDS. You will find you are much stronger than you think and will be much happier for standing your ground. Make your education your primary focus, not the SNAKE IN THE GRASS CRAWLING AROUND ON HIS BELLY SEEKING OUT OTHERS TO DEVOUR. Let them worry about that/him and learn for themselves.
