Let the bear and tiger fight each other to the death, then reward the winner of the match with the lawyer as an escape-goat. While, the winning animal is distracted with the lawyer, then escape. You'll then have your life, gun, and two unused bullets, all without firing a single shot!

Shoot the bear and the tiger, unless the lawyer has someone that wants to sue you. If he does then shoot the animals anyway, start running, and hope the lawyer is fat so he cant catch you!

Shoot the layer in the knee and walk away. Why run? The bear or tiger could easily run you down, and that's what the other bullet is for. Maybe even tapdance your way out of there.
