Don't know of any poem but you could very nicely put:
"May your good wishes be your only gift to us"
or
"May the presence of your company be your only gift to us"

Your technically not suppose to "say no gifts" because it's just as bad as saying "give us stuff". The Charity idea is cute but your not suppose to put that in a wedding invite but it's a great shower or for the favor idea. Perhaps you can say "only bring your love" very small at the bottom. I would also call some invite/stationary places and ask them how they would handle it.

Write..."We ask if you wish to give us a gift, to please donate to on of the following charities, for we already accept your presence as a gift."

Having your guests donate to a charity is a awesome thing to do and you'll have the added bonus of knowing that your guests helped someone on your special day!

Good Luck & Congrats

You've found the one who completes you.
Butterflies in your stomach flutter away.
Today you announce your love to the world,
Cherishing every word you say.

It's said that love conquers all
No matter what life throws at you.
You've nurtured a never-ending bond
a strong love ignited by two.

With the fusing of your hearts,
An everlasting union starts.
Congratulations! I hereby convey,
Best wishes for your special day.
